As a hand knitter we looked at producing a range of wool that was not available as a commercially mass produced product.

YOU are special, indulge yourself, you HAVE got the time to browse through the different weights and types of wool that we produce, it doesn’t matter if you are a complete beginner or experienced at knitting or crochet there is wool for all, create something unique for yourself or that special someone.

Our wool is produced on our own farm at Tanrallt and also a few other farms on the Llŷn Peninsular.

We use different breeds of sheep to produce our wool blend but all the finished produce is 100% wool and must be hand washed in lukewarm water and dried flat, naturally.

Plain wool is suitable for hand dyeing as per instruction for wool dyes – see some examples in the shop sections that I have coloured using Landscape dyes.

Knitting Needle size is recommended but you are advised to knit a tension square and adjust your needle size accordingly and to buy enough wool to finish your project at the same time.
